We are currently looking for a **GL Accountant** - someone with solid technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in financial accounting. The role involves working with more complex accounting topics and contributing to key financial processes within a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will support the team in statutory and tax‑related activities, contributing to key compliance and reporting processes.

### YOU WILL

-   Maintain and reconcile GL accounts.
-   Prepare VAT declarations and support tax‑related processes.
-   Participate in the preparation of financial statements in line with applicable standards.
-   Execute tasks related to closing reporting periods.
-   Review accounting entries, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.
-   Work closely with local and global teams to gather information and resolve issues.
-   Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing accounting processes

## Requirements

-   Practical experience in financial accounting (GL, VAT, month‑end activities).
-   Good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
-   Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
-   Communicative English
-   Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
-   Ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
-   Availability to work in a hybrid set up - including working from the office located in Cracow.
