**Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – PRN**

### STARTING PAY: $12.36/HOUR

### **APPROXIMATELY 15 HOURS/WEEK | PAID EVERY FRIDAY | PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING**

Heritage Home Healthcare is a home health agency hiring a caring and dependable **Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA)** to provide one-on-one personal care for a client in **San Ysidro, New Mexico (87053)**.

This position offers approximately **15 hours per week**, with scheduling based on the client's care needs.

### What You'll Do

You'll provide one-on-one support to a client in their home.

Your work may include:

-   Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
-   Providing supervision, companionship, and emotional support
-   Helping with daily routines and activities
-   Following the client's individualized care plan
-   Assisting with exercises as directed
-   Providing medication assistance as delegated and permitted
-   Providing mobility assistance, including transfers when needed
-   Providing light housekeeping assistance
-   Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
-   Escorting or transporting the client to appointments or errands when required
-   Reporting changes or concerns to our care team

### You Will Travel to the Client's Home

This is an **in-home care position** located in the **San Ysidro, NM 87053 area**.

You must have:

-   Valid driver's license
-   Your own reliable vehicle
-   Current auto insurance

You must be comfortable traveling to the client's home and transporting the client when required.

### Schedule

-   PRN position
-   Approximately **15 hours per week**
-   Schedule based on the client's care needs
-   Location: **San Ysidro, NM 87053**

### Paid Training & CPR

No CPR certification? That's okay!

We provide **paid training, including CPR training if you need it.**

Additional required training may be completed as part of the onboarding process.

### Before You Start

Applicants must successfully complete:

-   Background check
-   Fingerprinting

-   TB screening
-   CPR certification/training
-   Required onboarding and training
