**Overview:**

  
Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendant to join our team at a Senior Living Facility in the Northeast Heights. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference each day by supporting multiple residents with their daily needs, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life in the place they call home.

This position follows a consistent schedule of **Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM**. Care is provided to multiple residents throughout the shift, typically spending **15 to 30 minutes per individual**, with downtime between visits available in the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
-   Follow prescribed healthcare and individualized care plans
-   Provide mobility assistance (e.g., transfers from bed, chair, or wheelchair)
-   Support a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping
-   Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
-   Escort or transport residents to appointments or errands as needed
-   Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or needs to the clinical team
-   Adhere to all care plans and delegation instructions provided by licensed professionals
-   Provide efficient, respectful care to multiple residents during scheduled visits

**Qualifications:**

-   Must be at least 18 years of age
-   High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
-   Previous caregiving experience preferred
-   CNA certification recommended, but not required
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between multiple residents
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-   Reliable transportation and valid car insurance
