**The Role** 

We're looking for a passionate, organised and creative Marketing professional to support our Growth Marketing Lead across a fast-paced, varied role. You'll get hands-on experience across all marketing functions - from social media and content to SEO and project management - making a real impact from day one.

This is a hands-on role. You'll assist with the day-to-day and bring energy and ideas. You'll learn fast, work closely with the founding team and get a real taste of what it means to build a startup from the ground up.

**What You'll Do**

📱 **Social Media** Writing and scheduling captions, posting content, managing engagement and replying to comments and DMs across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

📋 **Briefing** Supporting the briefing of agencies, designers and content creators - keeping briefs clear, organised and on brand.

🔍 **Marketing Functions** Getting hands-on experience across a range of marketing disciplines including SEO, CRM, project management and campaign coordination.

📁 **General Marketing Admin** Keeping documents, trackers and drive folders organised and up to date, and supporting the wider marketing team with day to day tasks.

**🤝 Influencer & Brand Partnerships** Sourcing and reaching out to influencers and potential brand collaborators, supporting outreach for partnerships and helping bring new relationships to life.

## Requirements

-   1+ year experience in marketing 
-   Passionate about fashion, social media and marketing
-   Highly organised with great attention to detail
-   A strong writer - you can write clearly and on brand
-   Proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running
-   Bonus: experience or a keen interest in fashion tech or consumer apps and/or have worked in or alongside a startup or early stage company
