**At Heartfelt Impressions** **Learning Centers,** we believe the toddler years are filled with exciting opportunities for growth, discovery, and learning. We are actively seeking a caring, energetic and reliable Assistant Toddler teacher to support a safe and engaging classroom environment where children are encouraged to explore. Working alongside the Lead teacher, you will help implement age-appropriate learning activities utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

**POSITION Details**

-   Regular, full-time
-   Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
-   Pay range $14.50-$18.50 per hour (depending on education or certification plus years of experience in early childhood education)
-   Location: Onsite, Clarkston, MI
-   Desired start date: August 17, 2026
-   Please note this position does not qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation

## Requirements

-   Must be 18 years of age or older
-   Prior experience working with Toddlers in the classroom setting is preferred  
-   Reliable transportation
-   Consent to Background screening including fingerprinting
-   Prior experience with High Scope Curriculum a plus
-   Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
-   CPR certification is required for all teaching staff but may be obtained within 30 days of hire
-   You must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
