## Description

**Job Details**:

Status: Regular, full-time  
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7am-4pm)  
Pay range: $16-$20/hour (_based on certification or degree plus years of experience in early childhood education_)

## Requirements

-   CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required OR bachelor’s or associate degree in early childhood education, child development or child-related field preferred
-   Minimum of one year experience in an infant classroom required
-   CPR Certification
-   Willing to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC and Michigan Child Care Licensing guidelines for ECE Teachers

As the Lead Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of infants, creating a warm, engaging and safe environment for them to thrive. You will lead the day-to-day activities and have the support and collaboration of an assistant teacher to provide the best possible learning experience and care for children from 6 weeks to 12 months old. **Heartfelt Impressions** utilizes the High Scope curriculum in all classrooms including infants and toddlers.
