### Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Our fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a **bilingual (English/Spanish) dental professional to train as our Treatment Coordinator.** With a strong personality, great energy, and a natural ability to connect with people.

**No Treatment Coordinator experience required — we will train the right person.** What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and ability to guide patients with confidence. A backfround as a Dental Front Desk or Dental Assistant would be perfect.

This is **not just a desk job** — it’s a **people-focused, sales-driven role** where you’ll help patients feel confident moving forward with their treatment. **What You’ll Do**

-   Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable experience
-   Clearly explain treatment plans in a way patients understand
-   Help patients say “yes” to the care they need
-   Discuss payment options and guide financial decisions
-   Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients
-   Build strong relationships and trust with every patient

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

## Requirements

-   **What We’re Looking For**

-   Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
