## Description

Join our practice as a Dental Treatment Coordinator - helping patients to achieve their best smiles and excellent oral health is what this job is about. We need someone for this role who speaks Chinese.

Responsibilities:

-   Greet and check-in patients with a positive attitude
-   Manage appointment scheduling and answer phone calls
-   Handle insurance verification and payment processing
-   Maintain accurate patient records and manage office communications
-   Present treatment plans to patients and help them understand their financial responsibility etc.

## Requirements

Billingual Chinese is a major plus

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or dental Front Desk/Assistant.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable in a sales position
