Are you an experienced **Dental Office Manager** who knows how to keep a practice running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff?

We are looking for a **motivated, organized, and personable Dental Office Manager** to take a leadership role in our growing dental practice.

### What You'll Do

-   Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
-   Lead, motivate, and support the front-office team
-   Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
-   Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and collections
-   Monitor production, collections, and practice performance
-   Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience
-   Handle staff coordination, training, and performance management
-   Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures
-   Work closely with the dentist/doctor to achieve practice goals
-   Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture

## Requirements

-   Experienced in **dental office management**
-   A strong leader and excellent communicator

-   Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
