Whether you've helped present treatment plans, discuss financial options, or coordinate patient care in a busy, hands-on dental office, your experience could be a strong foundation for this opportunity.

Office Hours: 7:00 -6:00 Monday - Friday, no weekends. You will have a 40-hour schedule within these hours that will be assigned after initial training period.

-   Some dental office experience required.
-   Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred (even if limited).
-   Strong communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional personality.
-   Excellent customer service and the ability to build trust with patients.
-   **Strong math skills are a must.** You'll need to accurately calculate treatment plans, insurance estimates, out-of-network benefits, and patient financial responsibilities quickly using a calculator.
-   Coachable, motivated, and excited to learn.
