We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly personable **Treatment Coordinator** to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with patients, educating them about treatment options, and helping them confidently move forward with their care.

This role is ideal for someone with a warm, charismatic personality who excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and presenting treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand the value of their oral health. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences are essential.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

**$28 - $38 per hour plus monthly bonuses plus benefits**

**Office Hours:**

Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00

Fri 9:00 - 1:00

Sat 8:00 - 2:00

You will have a 40-hour schedule within this, with some Saturdays.

## Requirements

\- Dental Treatment Coordinator experience

\- Billingual - English/Spanish is a MUST

\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

\- Ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.

\- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.

\- Team player with a strong desire to help others.
