**Workplace:** on_site

## Description

Our client is a rapidly growing enterprise AI company transforming how leading financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work.

Its technology converts complex and manual processes into scalable AI-powered workflows, enabling financial institutions and professional services firms to automate sophisticated processes across global teams.

Following rapid international growth and a recent $75 million Series A funding round, the company is continuing to expand across key global markets.

### The Role

We are looking for an experienced **Engagement Manager** to join the Product & Growth team in Madrid.

The Engagement Manager will own the end-to-end customer outcome — understanding client requirements, translating complex business problems into scalable workflows and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of **clients, product and technology** and requires someone who combines strong financial services or consulting experience with excellent project management, commercial judgement and technical fluency.

### Key Responsibilities

- Own client engagements from initial requirements through implementation, adoption and ongoing relationship management.
- Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous client requirements into clearly scoped and measurable workflows.
- Develop scalable workflows, playbooks, templates and client-facing solutions.
- Manage delivery plans, including timelines, responsibilities, dependencies and potential risks.
- Maintain clear tracking of customer usage, adoption and account health.
- Establish effective governance and communication across client and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Support the **trial → conversion → renewal** customer lifecycle alongside the Growth team.
- Measure customer ROI and identify opportunities to increase platform adoption.
- Gather structured customer feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve solutions.
- Communicate potential blockers, trade-offs and risks clearly and proactively.
- Ensure client decisions, actions and deliverables are properly documented and followed through.

### Candidate Requirements

- **5+ years of professional experience within private equity, investment banking and/or Tier 1 management consulting.**
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous client requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and institutional client environments.
- Good technical fluency and the ability to understand **workflows, data and potential system failure points**.
- You do not need to be an engineer, but should be comfortable working closely with technical and product teams.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Excellent documentation, tracking and governance discipline.
- Clear and proactive communication style.
- Ability to operate independently within a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience within **AI, enterprise technology, SaaS or FinTech** would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel when required.
