## Description

-   Strong experience in **cost estimation and preparing project BOQs & quotations**
-   Ability to **analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements** accurately
-   Experience in coordinating with **procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors**
-   Solid knowledge of **pricing, cost control, and market rates**
-   Ability to prepare **technical and financial proposals**
-   Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-   High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
-   Proficiency in **Excel and AutoCAD** (Primavera is a plus)

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering or Architecture**
-   Experience: **5–10 years** in **estimation/tendering within construction companies (mandatory)**
-   Strong knowledge of **BOQs, pricing, and cost estimation**
-   Ability to read and analyze **drawings and specifications** accurately
-   Good command of English (written and spoken)
