### What You’ll Be Leading

-   Oversight and review of **Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)**
-   Management of **subsurface investigations** including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion studies
-   Preparation and review of environmental reports and regulatory submissions
-   Direct coordination with **NYSDEC and other regulatory agencies**
-   Full lifecycle project management from proposal through execution and delivery
-   Leadership of internal teams, subcontractors, and technical consultants
-   Support of **business development efforts** and client relationship management

## Requirements

### What You Bring

-   **Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred** (or equivalent senior-level experience in environmental consulting)
-   Strong working knowledge of **ASTM standards and NYSDEC regulations**
-   Proven experience in environmental due diligence, site investigations, and remediation
-   Demonstrated leadership and project management capability
-   Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining technical accuracy and compliance
-   Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
