## Description

Hire Resolve is assisting mining organizations in hiring experienced **industrial minerals and chemical mining professionals** across the United States. This multi-role opportunity spans mining/quarrying operations, processing plants, maintenance and reliability, projects, and HSE leadership. Roles are suitable for **mid- to senior-level professionals** with growth potential into **Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Leadership** positions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead safe, efficient production across mining and processing operations (mine-to-plant integration where applicable)
-   Strengthen compliance with **MSHA/OSHA** requirements across plant and field environments
-   Optimize processing performance (throughput, yield/recovery, quality) using data-driven troubleshooting
-   Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for fixed plant equipment (conveyors, crushers, mills, dryers, pumps, instrumentation)
-   Drive continuous improvement (downtime reduction, energy efficiency, cost control, quality consistency)
-   Support projects, upgrades, turnarounds, and commissioning activities
-   Manage contractors/vendors and ensure safe execution of high-risk work
-   Maintain strong documentation and reporting for audits, inspections, and internal governance
-   Coach teams and implement standard work, training, and competency development

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy/Mineral Processing, Industrial Engineering, Safety, or related discipline (or equivalent experience for certain leadership roles)
-   Typically **5–12+ years** in industrial minerals, processing plants, or heavy industrial operations
-   Strong understanding of plant safety systems, work permits/LOTO practices, and incident prevention
-   Familiarity with CMMS (SAP/Maximo), process data systems, reliability tools, and KPI reporting
-   On-site readiness and flexibility for shift/rotation depending on site needs
