## Description

Hire Resolve is assisting industrial organizations in hiring experienced controls and automation professionals for multiple roles supporting PLC/HMI, SCADA, and OT systems across manufacturing and process environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA integrations
-   Commission automation systems and support plant/start-up activities
-   Implement OT networking basics and industrial communications (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA)
-   Drive process optimization, downtime reduction, and control strategy improvements
-   Maintain documentation, standards, and change control

## Requirements

-   BS in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
-   7–15+ years in industrial automation/controls engineering
-   PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA experience
-   Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting expertise
-   Ability to support on-site needs and occasional travel
