Lead high-stakes mission critical projects where precision, technical expertise, and operational reliability are non-negotiable. As a Project Executive, you’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding project management and field teams to deliver on safety, schedule, and financial targets. You’ll manage multi-million-dollar projects, including data centers, ensuring seamless systems integration and flawless execution.

## Requirements

-   12–15+ years managing large, complex construction projects; mission critical or data center experience preferred
-   B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field
-   Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects, preferably mission critical or data center projects
-   Strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and vendors
-   Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
-   Expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, scheduling, and project closeout
-   Ability to foster a culture of accountability, operational reliability, and safety
