## Description

Hire Resolve is partnering with leading organisations across the **Saudi Arabia** to recruit **experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals**. These roles are well suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within large-scale, regulated, and fast-paced environments.

This opportunity is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in **Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering**, particularly within construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial sectors.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and commissioning
-   Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical, operational, and project-related challenges
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients
-   Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
-   Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and project performance
-   Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
-   Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
-   Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
-   **7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience**, depending on discipline and project scope
-   Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or oil & gas environments
-   Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
-   Familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes, and industry regulations
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is advantageous)
-   Ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross-functional teams
-   Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is **advantageous** (role-dependent)
-   Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools
