## Description

**Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals** for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions in Saudi Arabia. This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract candidates from corporate, projects, and advisory environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles such as **Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Manager, Head of Legal, Compliance Lead, Contracts Manager, or Legal Operations Manager**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
-   Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, procurement and supply contracts, services agreements, NDAs, leases, project documentation)
-   Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, governance, procurement, real estate, or projects (aligned to experience)
-   Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend practical mitigations aligned to business objectives
-   Manage external counsel and advisors, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy
-   Support dispute management, including pre-action correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and claims/litigation oversight where applicable
-   Contribute to compliance programmes, internal controls, and policy development, including monitoring regulatory updates and implementing guidance
-   Maintain accurate records, contract repositories, and matter documentation, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate information handling
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to improve legal processes and decision-making
-   Support governance processes, including board/committee documentation and delegated authority frameworks where relevant
-   Mentor junior colleagues and uphold consistent quality and professional standards

## Requirements

-   **Qualifications (role-dependent):**

-   Law degree (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualifications are advantageous for certain roles
-   For practising roles: relevant professional qualification and licensing/eligibility to practise in Saudi Arabia or recognised jurisdictions (depending on role scope)
-   For in-house counsel, contracts, compliance, or legal operations roles: strong relevant experience may be considered where local practising rights are not essential

-   **Experience:** Typically **6–12+ years** of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice), aligned to mid–senior level responsibilities
-   Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracting, corporate governance, projects/infrastructure, employment advisory, compliance, regulatory, disputes, or real estate
-   Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
-   Familiarity with legal tools and systems (where relevant), including **document management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, and Microsoft 365**
-   **Language:** Professional fluency in **English** is required; **Arabic** is advantageous and may be required for certain roles depending on documentation and stakeholder needs
-   Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
