Are you a detail-oriented survey professional with a passion for precision and data? Join a leading engineering and construction support team as a **Survey Technician**, where your expertise in surveying, CAD, and Civil 3D will directly support field operations and ensure projects run flawlessly.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Provide pre-calculations for construction-related tasks.
-   Download as-staked and topographic data, generate contours, calculate volumes, and create clear, accurate exhibits.
-   Review incoming and outgoing data to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.
-   Prepare accuracy reports for the Project Manager.
-   Maintain and prepare surveying and engineering CAD and Civil 3D files.
-   Collaborate closely with field crews to maximize efficiency and project output.
-   Perform other related office and project support duties as needed.

### Specific Duties:

-   Develop topographic maps and aerial mapping outputs.
-   Process topography shots and aerial targets.
-   Conduct survey calculations to support construction staking and field crews.
-   Analyze survey control data and boundary calculations.
-   Research record survey documents to establish control for mapping or staking projects.
-   Prepare exhibits, spreadsheets, corner record documents, and ALTA survey maps.

## Requirements

### Job Qualifications:

-   **Education/Experience:** High school graduate with some college or trade school background; survey experience preferred.
-   **Skills/Knowledge:** Proficient in survey software and processing capabilities (e.g., Trimble systems). Strong understanding of solid geometry and trigonometry.
-   **Computer Skills:** Working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and related software.
