## Description

We are recruiting experienced **Finance Professionals** for a range of client opportunities across **South Africa**. This consolidated role is designed to attract strong candidates from multiple finance disciplines, including **Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control**.

### Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on role focus and organisational requirements, and may include:

-   Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
-   Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
-   Financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance insights
-   Oversight of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
-   Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making
-   Ensuring compliance with **IFRS** and internal financial controls

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
-   **CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent** qualification preferred
-   5–10+ years’ experience in progressively responsible finance roles
-   Strong understanding of **IFRS and South African financial regulations**
-   Experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
-   Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)
-   Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
-   Leadership potential and readiness for senior responsibility
