## Description

**Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organisations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals** for mid–senior opportunities across South Africa. This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract talent across several commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales enablement/operations, digital and performance marketing, demand generation, brand and communications, product/sector marketing, and go-to-market delivery.

These roles suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward senior leadership pathways such as **Sales Manager/Head of Sales, Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing, Commercial Manager, or Sales/Marketing Director** (depending on specialisation and scope).

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives
-   Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, target segments, channel mix, and campaign execution
-   Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent)
-   Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes
-   Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance
-   Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making
-   Partner with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
-   Build or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable, repeatable growth
-   Coach and mentor team members; contribute to onboarding and performance development where applicable
-   Ensure compliant marketing and data handling practices aligned with **POPIA** and ethical customer engagement standards

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field** (postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications advantageous)
-   **5–12+ years** of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles (mid–senior level)
-   Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, retention)
-   Working knowledge of common commercial systems (depending on specialism), such as:

-   **CRM:** Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics
-   **Marketing automation/email:** HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp (role-dependent)
-   **Analytics/reporting:** GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
-   **Ad platforms:** Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent)

-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership
-   Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritise activity for impact
