## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and touch-ups
-   Prepare vehicle surfaces, mix and match paint colors, and apply paint coatings effectively
-   Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations
-   Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and mobile work vehicle
-   Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
-   Travel to various customer locations within assigned area to complete repairs

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Trade qualification in automotive paint and body repair or equivalent experience
-   Proven experience in automotive paint and body work, especially mobile repair services
-   Strong knowledge of paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques
-   Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
-   Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Previous experience working in a mobile automotive repair role
-   Familiarity with latest automotive paint technologies and materials
