**Job Title:** Street Promoter / Lead Generator  
**Location:** Various Locations Across Sydney Australia  
**Role Type:** Full-Time/Hourly  
**Pay Structure:** Base Salary + Commission on Leads Generated  
Pay: $8 per qualified lead

Expected Earnings: 20–30 leads per hour ($160–$240/hr potential)

### About the Role

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and persuasive Street Promoters/Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to act as the face of our brand in high-traffic public areas, engaging with potential customers to create brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and capture contact information

### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Approaching people in busy streets, shopping precincts and events
-   Quickly introducing our new product and generating curiosity
-   Collecting name and phone number from interested prospects
-   Entering leads into a simple form on your phone
-   Keeping the energy high and engaging with large volumes of people

### What We’re Looking For

-   High energy personality
-   Thick skinned – able to handle rejection
-   Confident approaching strangers
-   Strong communication skills
