## Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition efforts at an advertising production company. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a strong track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing a small sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our client base across the region.

### Main Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales representatives, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent performance against monthly and annual revenue goals.
-   Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
-   Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans (monthly and yearly) aligned with business growth objectives.
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively sourcing and acquiring new clients within the B2B space.
-   Re-engage and reactivate dormant or inactive clients, strengthening long-term relationships and maximizing lifetime value.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner to understand their advertising and media needs.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns.
-   Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
-   Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within advertising, media, or a related industry.
-   Demonstrated leadership experience managing and motivating a sales team.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
-   Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-   Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
-   Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
-   Based in Saudi Arabia.
