# Partnerships Specialist

## Description

You will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic lifestyle partnerships and on-ground activations. This role focuses on identifying high-value venues, securing partnerships, and ensuring product is visible, stocked, and actively experienced by customers in key locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and thrives in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Partnership acquisition:** Identify, approach, and secure lifestyle partners (such as cafes, gyms, studios, restaurants, coworking spaces) 
-   **On-ground activation:** Plan and execute simple activations (sampling/tasting)
-   **Pipeline & tracking:** Build a target list, manage outreach, and share weekly updates with management on progress and results.
-   **Internal coordination:** Work with sales & ops for stock/fridge installation and with marketing for assets & comms.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a similar role
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills
-   Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently
-   Comfortable with on-ground work and field visits
-   Organized with strong tracking and reporting abilities
-   Existing network in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness industries is a plus
-   Passion for building brands and creating market buzz
