Our client is a well-established, international boutique fitness brand offering dynamic group reformer Pilates classes across a variety of formats and levels. ### **The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a results-driven **General Manager** to lead studio performance across sales, service, and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front—especially when it comes to sales.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the studio operates efficiently and profitably.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Own and drive all **four revenue streams**: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
-   Lead from the front with **active participation in sales (50%+ of role)**
-   Monitor and manage studio **KPIs**, including revenue, attendance, and retention metrics
-   Develop and execute **marketing initiatives** (digital campaigns, partnerships, community events) to generate leads
-   Recruit, train, and manage **sales associates and instructors** (in partnership with Lead Instructor)
-   Build and manage **staff schedules** to optimize studio performance
-   Oversee **inventory and vendor relationships**, ensuring accurate stock levels and merchandising
-   Ensure exceptional **customer experience** across all touchpoints
-   Maintain studio **cleanliness, organization, and brand standards**
-   Make informed, independent decisions to improve operations and performance
-   Support additional business needs as required

## Requirements

### **What You Bring**

-   5+ years of management experience in **fitness, retail, or service-based industries**
-   Proven track record of **achieving and exceeding sales targets**
-   Strong ability to **sell, coach sales teams, and drive revenue growth**
-   Experience working with **CRM and/or POS systems**
-   Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** (in-person, phone, email)
-   Highly organized with strong **time management and attention to detail**
-   Ability to **multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment
-   A proactive mindset with the ability to **identify opportunities and implement improvements**
-   Passion for **health, fitness, and community building**
-   Professional, reliable, and able to handle **confidential information with integrity**
-   Fluent in English
