A **UniFirst Route Coverage Specialist** covers delivery routes for unavailable **Route Service Representatives (RSRs)**, delivering and picking up products, providing customer service, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships. The role requires proficiency across multiple routes, accurate record-keeping, vehicle maintenance, safe driving, and effective communication with customers and leadership. Key Responsibilities

-   **Route Coverage:** Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
-   **Product Delivery & Pickup:** Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items.
-   **Customer Service:** Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships.
-   **Operational Excellence:** Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
-   **Safety:** Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
-   **Problem-Solving:** Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-   **Communication:** Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership.

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   **Driver's License:** A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21 years old.
-   **DOT Compliance:** Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam.
-   **Education:** A high school diploma, GED, or military service is required.
-   **Customer Service Skills:** Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset.
-   **Physical Stamina:** Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods.
-   **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using and learning new technologies for operational efficiency.
