## Description

At Hodge Industrial Technologies, we help manufacturers keep their operations running by providing reliable compressed air solutions and exceptional service. We're looking for driven sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and growing a territory.

**What You'll Do**

-   Prospect and develop new business
-   Build relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
-   Manage and grow your assigned territory
-   Generate your own sales pipeline
-   Deliver consultative solutions that solve customer challenges
-   Work closely with our service and technical teams
-   Meet sales goals and grow your business

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   3+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience
-   Proven success generating new business
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-   Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
-   Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace

_Compressed air or industrial sales experience is a plus—but not required. We can teach our products; we can't teach the drive to build new business._
