## Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Senior Project Manager** to lead planning, design, and construction projects while serving as a trusted partner to our clients and project teams.

This role is responsible for overall project management, financial performance, and client relationships from project initiation through completion. As the **Senior Project Manager** you will provide leadership across multiple projects, working closely with clients, consultants, project managers, field leaders, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding project strategy, supporting team development, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.

## Requirements

**Client & Project Leadership**

-   Manage client relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
-   Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and key project stakeholders
-   Lead project teams to achieve client objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
-   Identify project challenges and develop effective solutions to maintain project success

**Project Management & Execution**

-   Oversee projects from planning and design through construction and project closeout
-   Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
-   Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
-   Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards and client expectations
-   Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

**Financial Management**

-   Review project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
-   Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
-   Manage change orders, invoicing, and overall project cash flow
-   Ensure timely and accurate project reporting

**Team Leadership and Development**

-   Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Field Project Managers and other team members
-   Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
-   Support employee development through coaching and knowledge sharing

**Collaboration & Safety**

-   Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability
-   Support process improvements that enhance project delivery and team performance
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

**Education, Experience & Additional Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
-   8-10 years of experience in a construction project management role with exposure to various scopes of work
-   Proven experience leading projects from concept through completion
-   Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
-   Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
-   Effective problem solving and decision making skills
-   Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
-   Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed
