### About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **K-Pop Dance Instructor** to join our growing team as an **After School Enrichment Educator**.

This role focuses on leading fun, engaging, and age-appropriate K-Pop dance activities for elementary school students. The ideal instructor is passionate about dance, enjoys working with children, and can create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment where students can build confidence while learning choreography and movement.

**We’re Actively Seeking Instructors with K-Pop/Dance Experience**

**Schedule: September 23 – November 11, 2026**

-   **Wednesdays**

-   **1st Grade:** 1:35 PM – 2:25 PM
-   **2nd Grade:** 2:30 PM – 3:25 PM

**Compensation:** **$50/hour**

### In this role, you will:

-   Lead engaging and age-appropriate K-Pop dance activities
-   Teach basic dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, and movement
-   Create a fun and inclusive environment that encourages confidence and self-expression
-   Ensure student safety and well-being throughout each session
-   Adapt activities to different ages and skill levels
-   Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
-   Encourage teamwork, participation, and positive social interactions
-   Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
-   Prepare and organize music, choreography, and activity materials
-   Keep the instructional space clean, organized, and safe

## Requirements

-   18+ years of age
-   Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
