### About the Role

**We're actively seeking passionate Musical Theatre Instructors to lead this program in Miami, FL:**

📍 **Location:** Miami, FL

**Program Dates:** September through December 15, 2026, with classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

**Tuesdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM**  
**Grades:** 1st–5th

**Program Dates:** August 25; September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17; December 1, 8, 15

**Thursdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM**  
**Grades:** Pre-K–K

**Program Dates:** August 20, 27; September 3, 10, 17, 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10

**Compensation:** $50 p/hr.

### In this role, you will:

-   Lead engaging and age-appropriate Musical Theatre activities for students
-   Introduce students to acting, movement, music, performance, and theatrical expression
-   Create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence
-   Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
-   Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
-   Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
-   Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
-   Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe

## Requirements

-   18+ years of age
-   Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
