### About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as **STEM Enrichment Educators**.

This role focuses on leading engaging, hands-on STEM programming for students in an after-school setting. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy creating interactive learning experiences and are passionate about helping students develop curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**We're Actively Seeking Instructors with high school teaching experience.**

**Schedule:** September 21 - October 30, 2026 – TBD days and time.

**Location:** San Diego, CA

**Compensation:** $50 p/hr.

## Requirements

-   18+ years of age
-   Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
