### After School Educator

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.  

### In this role, you will:

-   Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
-   Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
-   Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
-   Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
-   Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
-   Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
-   Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe  
      
    

We're Actively Seeking Instructors with Experience in any of these activities:

-   **Jiu Jitsu:  
    **Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 2:25 PM – 3:30 PM (TK–K students).  
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (1st–3rd grade).
-   **Gymnastics:** Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (1st–3rd grade).
-   **Sports:** Pickeball, Volleyball, Soccer, FlagfootballMonday, Wednesday & Friday · 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM  
    4th–6th grade sports rotation (3 weeks per activity)

Schedule: Monday – Friday; specific hours vary by program needs.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on active program hours.

## Requirements

-   18+ years of age

-   Ability and willingness to complete online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
-   Authorization to work in the US
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
