## Description

### **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – $30–$34/hr**

**Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Dallas–Fort Worth Metro**

### **Position Overview**

We are hiring LVNs to support facilities across the **Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex**, including:

-   Irving, Garland, Richardson, Plano
-   Frisco, McKinney, Allen
-   Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, Denton

You will work across high-demand facilities delivering patient-centered care in structured clinical environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
-   Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians
-   Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice
-   Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
-   Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines
-   Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   Active Texas LVN License in good standing
-   Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings
-   Current BLS/CPR certification
-   Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification
-   Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
