## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Active **Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License** in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing (Compact license preferred)
-   Minimum **1 year of recent clinical experience** in hospital, skilled nursing (SNF), LTAC, or rehabilitation settings
-   Current **BLS/CPR certification required** (ACLS preferred)
-   Ability to successfully complete **background check, drug screening, and credential verification**
-   Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
