**Position Overview**

Staffing Solutions Home Care Nurses America Inc is seeking a detail-oriented **Recruiting & Credentialing Administrator** to manage credential verification and compliance documentation for nurses and caregivers across multiple states.

This role focuses exclusively on **credentialing and regulatory compliance** to ensure all staff meet required documentation standards before activation in the scheduling system.

This position is classified as **Non-Exempt (Hourly)** and eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state law.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Verify nursing and caregiver licenses through state licensing boards
-   Confirm certifications such as CPR, TB testing, and other required credentials
-   Conduct OIG/GSA exclusion checks
-   Maintain secure digital credential files
-   Track expiration dates and send renewal reminders
-   Ensure staff documentation is complete before scheduling activation
-   **Initiate onboarding workflow in internal systems upon hiring authorization from the Founder/CEO**

## Benefits

**Compensation**

Texas: **$18.00 – $20.00 per hour**
