## Description

We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind a wide range of digital and print materials. You will work in a very fast-paced environment, so the ability to manage multiple projects, pivot quickly, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines is absolutely essential.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conceptualize and Design: Create compelling visuals for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and physical print collateral.
-   Print Media Mastery: Design and prepare files for print, ensuring all materials meet strict technical specifications (color profiles, bleeds, margins, etc.) for items like packaging, billboards, or event displays.
-   UI Support: Utilize Figma to collaborate on digital designs and web assets
-   AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate workflows, conceptualize ideas, or generate visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
-   Project Management: Thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple design requests simultaneously and consistently hitting tight deadlines.

## Requirements

-   Experience: 2-3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
-   Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).
-   Figma: Strong, hands-on experience using Figma for digital design and collaboration.
-   AI Tool Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing AI design tools within your creative workflow.
-   Print Expertise: Proven experience with print media design and a deep understanding of the end-to-end print production process.
-   Agility: A proven track record of working efficiently in a highly fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.

### Bonus Points (Major Advantages)

-   Video & Motion: Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). _Candidates with these skills will be moved to the front of the line._
-   Digital Animation: Knowledge of creating GIFs or short-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
