### Role Summary

Homey is looking for a dedicated LinkedIn Specialist to own our brand presence and drive lead generation for the UK market. You will work directly with our CEO to transform his LinkedIn profile into a powerhouse for British property and conveyancing trends.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Create and schedule high-impact LinkedIn posts every week.
-   Execute outbound prospecting to target UK Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.
-   Design platform-ready graphics and short-form content (using Canva/Adobe).
-   Develop content to showcase our office culture and attract top talent.
-   Track monthly reach, engagement, and lead quality.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation.

-   Ability to write in a professional English tone.
-   Expert knowledge of the LinkedIn algorithm and Sales Navigator.
-   Ability to turn complex legal/property topics into simple, viral content.
-   Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express).
-   Knowledge about UK property Market
