## Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning & Development Executive with a background in Conveyancing and corporate training to support the development of employees within a UK conveyancing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in training and development, with practical knowledge of UK conveyancing processes, tools and terminology.

This role will be responsible for training and developing teams who are new to conveyancing, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), preparing learning materials, coordinating onboarding programs, and ensuring employees gain the required knowledge and competencies to perform effectively within conveyancing operations

## Requirements

Proven experience in L&D with a strong grasp of the UK Conveyancing lifecycle.

**Educational Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in UK Conveyancing.
-   Certifications in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and learning requirements for employees within conveyancing operations.
-   Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on UK conveyancing processes, systems/tools, terminology, and compliance requirements.
-   Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, process guides, and learning resources related to conveyancing operations.
-   Provide practical guidance on conveyancing workflows including sales, purchases, remortgages, searches, post-completion activities, and case management processes.
-   Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
-   Work closely with operational managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains aligned with UK conveyancing standards and business requirements.
-   Support continuous learning initiatives and refresher training programs to improve operational performance and service quality.
-   Maintain training records, attendance reports, training matrices, and learning documentation.
-   Ensure training delivery adheres to company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
