## Description

Timberline Campground is a family-friendly campground located near Crystal Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the Betsie River in beautiful northern Michigan. We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Associate to help create a welcoming experience for our guests throughout the camping season.

### Responsibilities

-   Greet and assist campers and guests
-   Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
-   Answer phones and respond to guest questions
-   Process payments and maintain reservation records
-   Provide information about campground amenities and local attractions
-   Assist with camp store and office organization
-   Help ensure guests have an enjoyable stay

## Requirements

-   Myst pass background check
-   Friendly and professional attitude
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Basic computer and phone skills
-   Reliable and able to multitask
-   Weekend and holiday availability
-   Hospitality, retail, or office experience is a plus, but not required
