**Horizon Outdoor Hospitality** is seeking an experienced, hands-on **General Manager** to lead operations at **Texas Palms RV Park**, a beautiful 100-site RV community located in Dayton, Texas.

As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the property while creating a welcoming environment for guests, supporting your team, and ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, leadership, and the rewarding lifestyle of outdoor hospitality.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead all daily park operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
-   Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
-   Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site team members
-   Manage reservations, occupancy, and revenue performance
-   Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting
-   Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections
-   Coordinate maintenance projects and vendor relationships
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
-   Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and long-term residents

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check
-   Must have valid driver license
-   Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, hotel, resort, or similar hospitality property preferred
-   Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-   Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
-   Excellent organizational and communication abilities
-   Comfortable using reservation software, Microsoft Office, and basic technology
-   Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus
-   Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
-   A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
