**Texas Palms RV Park** is seeking a dependable, self-motivated **Part-Time Maintenance & Groundskeeper** to help keep our RV community clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have basic maintenance skills, we'd love to hear from you.

### Responsibilities

-   Maintain park grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
-   Pick up litter and keep common areas clean and presentable.
-   Perform basic maintenance and repairs on park facilities.
-   Assist with RV site preparation and cleanup.
-   Monitor park equipment and report maintenance needs.
-   Help with seasonal projects and special maintenance tasks.
-   Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents and guests when needed.

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check
-   Must have valid driver license
-   Basic knowledge of landscaping and general maintenance
