## Description

Las Vegas RV Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Team Member to join our team in a full-time, year-round position. 

As a member of our front desk team, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable resort experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service.

What You'll Do:

-   Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude

-   Check guests in and out of the resort efficiently and accurately

-   Assist guests with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and general questions

-   Plan, coordinate, and host seasonal activities and events that create a fun, welcoming experience for our guests and resort community

-   Provide information about resort amenities, policies, services, and local attractions

-   Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone
-   Process payments and maintain accurate guest and reservation information
-   Help resolve guest questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
-   Communicate with other resort team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
-   Perform other front desk and guest-service duties as needed

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check
-   Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
-   Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude
-   Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
-   Comfortable using computers and learning reservation software
-   Previous hotel, RV resort, campground, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
