What You'll Learn & Do

As a Commercial Roofing Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced crew members and foremen while learning the commercial roofing trade.

Your work may include:

• Installing commercial flat roofing systems  
• Removing existing roofing materials  
• Installing insulation and roofing materials  
• Loading and unloading materials  
• Learning to use roofing tools and equipment  
• Cleaning and maintaining jobsites  
• Assisting experienced roofers and foremen  
• Following jobsite and company safety procedures

✔ Comfortable performing physical work  
✔ Comfortable working outdoors and at heights  
✔ Able to work effectively as part of a crew

**Roofing experience is NOT required.** Experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse work, farming, or other hands-on/physical jobs can be helpful.
