What You'll Do:

**Advanced WordPress & WooCommerce Troubleshooting**

-   Diagnose and resolve complex WordPress core, theme, and plugin conflicts across various client environments.
-   Deeply investigate and resolve technical issues within WooCommerce ecosystems, with a heavy focus on payment gateway integrations and custom shipping setup issues.

**Website Security & Malware Remediation**

-   Perform advanced malware infection cleanup, core file repairs, and database cleaning to fully restore compromised sites.
-   Implement deep website security hardening protocols to proactively safeguard client sites against vulnerabilities and emerging threats.

**Performance & Speed Optimization**

-   Execute advanced speed and performance optimizations, including caching strategy setup, asset minification, database cleanup, and query optimization.

**Server-Level & Environment Diagnostics**

-   Conduct deep server-level troubleshooting by analyzing PHP, PHP-FPM, webserver (Nginx/Apache), and SQL logs to isolate root causes.
-   Monitor and manage PHP processes, memory limits, and execution timeouts to maintain server health and stability.

## Requirements

What You’ll Bring

-   **Expert WordPress & WooCommerce Mastery:** Extensive experience in advanced WordPress troubleshooting and deep hands-on expertise in WooCommerce (specifically payment gateways and shipping configurations).
-   **Security & Cleanup Expertise:** Proven track record in advanced malware identification, manual cleanup, and implementing robust security hardening measures.
-   **Server & Diagnostic Proficiency:** Demonstrated experience analyzing server logs (PHP, webserver, SQL) and managing PHP processes to solve complex performance or environment issues.
-   **Command Line & Terminal Skills:** Strong command-line proficiency with Linux terminal navigation and WP-CLI for site management, automation, and troubleshooting _(Preferred)_.
-   **Development & Code Literacy:** Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS to read, debug, and patch underlying code issues _(Preferred)_.
-   **Hosting Experience:** Direct background working within web hosting or server management environments.
