Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is currently recruiting for FT MOT Intake Psych Registered Nurses for night shift (7p-7a).

The Intake MOT Nurse is responsible for ensuring appropriate level of patient care and to assess the needs of walk-ins and phone callers to best address their need(s).

Daily duties include:

-   Preform Nursing Assessments for inpatient and outpatient programs.
-   Cross train other MOT RNs.
-   Participate in medical emergencies.
-   Conduct clinical assessments.
-   Medication Management.
-   Accurate documentation and calls.
-   Team leadership skills.
-   Crisis intervention.
-   Health education to patients/families.

## Requirements

**Licensure**: Licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing

**Education:** Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program

**Experience**: 1 year experience in Intake Behavioral health.

**Certifications**: CPR/SAMA must be attained within 30 days of your hire date.

**Skills**:
