## Description

The Senior Projects Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
-   Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-   Ensure resource availability and allocation.
-   Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
-   Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
-   Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
-   Report and escalate to management as needed.
-   Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
-   Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
-   Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-   Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector.
-   Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
-   Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CAD.
-   Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
-   In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
-   Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
