## Description

**About**

Responsible for the management of interior architectural design and cross discipline coordination with stakeholders enhancing the design value through design stages ensuring that the deliverables are submitted and works are executed by the consultants as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule, and cost in order to meet Hyde Park’s business objectives and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities  
**

-   Develop and execute a strategic vision for interior design projects that aligns with the organization’s goals, market trends, and client expectations.

-   Oversee design concepts and their development, organization, and execution

-   Lead a concept driven approach to design & architecture that benchmarks the industry standards

-   Lead the design of interior spaces in coordination with the project requirement and architectural design team from concept to completion

-   Manage the consultant teams ensuring the design brief is executed and delivered accurately on time and within budget

-   Attend regular internal and external design team meetings and assist the teams on the conceptual and technical side of the design process

-   Lead project team in the completion of FF&E design & documentation based on project program, budget, and standards.

-   Provide final review of FF&E specifications

-   Ensure all deliverables, deadline, and budgets are met

-   Manage design consultants and the design process to ensure design excellence and quality, and that deliverables meet company standards and project briefs

-   Advise on interior design aspects such as space planning, interior aesthetics, and integration of FF&E

-   Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects

-   Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to integrate the latest innovations into design concepts, and contribute to the organization’s design leadership

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, Applied Arts Interior Design, or a relevant field

-   Minimum 15 years of experience in Interior Design

-   Minimum 5 Years of experience as an Interior Design Manager

-   Excellent internal project management skills in creating and maintain design project timelines
