## Description

A Syracuse, New York, based production company is committed to reliability, quality, and exceptional service. Presently, we are seeking a Production Leader to join our Syracuse, NY based team.

The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality beverage manufacturing. This role manages production staff, coordinates scheduling, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across production processes.

## Requirements

-   Oversee day-to-day production operations, including beverage production, ice production, and dry ice handling
-   Ensure all production processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, local/state requirements)
-   Monitor production output, efficiency, waste, and downtime; implement improvements as needed
-   Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and sales teams to align production with delivery and customer needs
-   Maintain accurate production records and reports
-   Oversee equipment operation and coordinate preventative maintenance
-   Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of safety and accountability

-   3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management (food/beverage or industrial preferred)
-   Strong leadership and team management skills
-   Working knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety compliance
-   Experience with inventory management and scheduling systems
-   Ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills
-   Attention to detail and work independently

-   **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience in beverage production, cold-chain, or ice manufacturing
-   Familiarity with FDA food safety standards, HACCP, and OSHA regulations
-   Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $32.00 Depending on Experience
